RENTS.

Rents are fixed for the whole academic year, and are payable in two instalments. Students will be allocated apartments, but rooming preferences will be catered for where possible.

The Tennis Village is situated in Oakpark Tralee. This complex is close to the town center & it is a short walk to both the North & South campuses.

Tralee is a busy and vibrant town with numerous amenities and attractions. The town itself offers plenty to do including a 8 Screen Cinema, Tralee Aqua Dome - one of Ireland's largest indoor waterworlds, Siamsa Tire Theatre, gymnasiums, pools, sports facilities, numerous cafes and restaurants and a town park. There is also a lively nightlife with many pubs and nightclubs.

The Tennis Village is a newly built student complex located in Oakpark Tralee. We can accommodate individual students or groups.
