STUDENT RENTALS THE TENNIS VILLAGE 2017/2018:

Apartments are available from Monday 1st September 2017 to Friday 18th May 2018

ACCOMMODATION.

A selection of Houses and Apartments set in landscaped grounds offering a quiet location for students with easy access to both North and South Campus and Tralee Town.

ROOMS.

A selection of twin and single rooms are available. Each house and apartment has 4 ensuite bedrooms. If you wish to share with friends please call to discuss your requirements.

SECURITY DEPOSITS

A deposit of € 300.00 is payable with your booking, this is a damage deposit which is refundable subject to the apartment being vacated in a satisfactory condition.

ELECTRICITY PRE PAYMENT

The electricity pre payment is €300.00 per student and is payable with your booking deposit. The electricity bills are divided equally between the students in each apartment. Each apartment is metered as a unit and the bill is paid by The Tennis Village a copy of the electricity will be sent to each apartment for your reference. If the electricity costs exceed the electricity pre-payment you will be asked to pay the difference to The Tennis Village office. Any refunds owed to you from the €300.00 electricity pre-payment will be returned with your deposit.

UTILITY CHARGE.

The utility is € 400.00 for the year it is divided and included in the rent payments schedule on the next page. The utility charge covers the following items;

  • Broadband internet access (computers are not provided)
  • Multi Channel Television and License Fee
  • Refuse charges.
  • Use of Telephone (incoming & internal free, outgoing calls using prepaid cards.)

RENT.

Rent is payable in advance in two instalments, the first rent payment is due one week prior to 1st September and keys to be collected on the same date.

Note this payment schedule assumes that you are moving in on Monday 1st  September 2017 , if your course starts earlier or later your rent will be calculated accordingly.

OPTION 1 ::

Single en-suite room:

€65.00 per week each payment below also included utility charge of €200.00
1. Semester 1 First rent payment. 1st September  2017 – 12th January 2018 €1435.00
2. Semester 2 Second rent payment. 15th January 2018 – 18th May 2018 €1370.00
Total:    € 2805.00    
Paying the total amount at the beginning of the year will secure a twin room subject to availability.

OPTION 2 ::

Twin en-suite room:

€75.00 per week each payment below also included utility charge of €200.00
1. Semester 1 First rent payment. 1st September  2017 – 12th January 2018 €1625.00
2. Semester 2 Second rent payment. 15th January 2018 to 18th May 2018 €1550.00
Total:    €3175.00    

OPTION 3 ::

Twin en-suite room sharing:

€45.00 per week each payment below also included utility charge of €200.00
1. Semester 1 First rent payment. 1st September  2017 – 12th January 2018 €1055.00
2. Semester 2 Second rent payment. 15th January 2018 – 18th May 2018 €1010.00
Total:    €2065.00    

“Preference will be given to students who will be staying both semesters.”

Note. Should either party vacate the twin room before the agreed date signed on the leases, the remaining person’s rent would go up to a singe room rate (Please see Option 1.)

We accept cash, cheques and drafts made payable to the Tennis Village PLEASE RETAIN THIS SHEET AS A REMINDER OF PAYMENTS DUE.

Foreign Students Please Note; There is a 2% charge in the  Irish Banks  to Cash your cheque so it will be cheaper for you to make a Bank Transfer.
